InnoValor B.V. (hereafter referred to as "InnoValor") offers the website https://businessmakeover.eu (hereafter “Business MakeOver”). These general terms and conditions govern the relationship between InnoValor as the administrator of the website and the non-registered and registered users (hereafter referred to as "Users"). InnoValor reserves the right to change or amend the Terms and Conditions at any time at our discretion.
The information provided on Business MakeOver is derived from sources that may be considered reliable. However, InnoValor cannot guarantee the correctness, completeness and topicality. The information given is only indicative. The information on this site can be changed at any time without notice.
Agreement
If a User registers, the User agrees that he/she enters into an agreement with InnoValor governed by these general terms and conditions.
Profile, password and security
The User creates a password and a username when completing the registration process of Business MakeOver. The User is (a) responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of the password and account and is fully responsible for all activities that take place under his or her password or account. The User should (b) immediately notify Business MakeOver of any unauthorized use of the password or account or any other breach of security (to the extent known to the User), and (c) ensure to leave his account at the end of each session. InnoValor cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage resulting from non-compliance with (a), (b) and (c).
Messages and sharing
The User agrees that InnoValor sends notifications and messages via the contact details provided by the User (such as an e-mail address). The User ensures that his/her contact details are kept up-to-date.
Liability
No rights can be derived from the information provided on Business MakeOver. InnoValor cannot guarantee that this site functions faultlessly and without interruption and accepts no liability for this. InnoValor and other suppliers accept no liability for the contents of Business MakeOver and the information provided. InnoValor also accepts no liability for the content of sites that have not been developed by InnoValor and / or referenced sites or that refer to the website of Business MakeOver and / or consulted sources.
InnoValor is not liable for any damage resulting from the use or inability to use Business MakeOver and the downloaded information, tools and / or website. This also includes - but not limited to - damage as a result of non-delivery or delay in the delivery of electronic information and messages, interception or manipulation of electronic information and messages by third parties or by software/equipment used for electronic communication or for transmission of viruses.
Termination
The User and InnoValor can terminate this Agreement at any time by notifying the other party. Upon termination, the User loses the right to access or use the services.
If the User wishes to terminate this contract, the User can do so at any time by closing the account and no longer opening or using the services. This can be achieved by mail to businessmakeover@innovalor.nl. Upon termination, the User loses the option to open or save his own models when using the web applications. If InnoValor wishes to terminate the agreement, InnoValor will notify the registered User no later than two months before termination by e-mail to the e-mail address known to InnoValor.
